Job descripton

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer at MERPHI, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor a team of developers, driving excellence in both front-end and back-end development using the .NET stack.

Responsibilities and tasks

Lead the development of end-to-end solutions, covering both front-end and back-end development using the .NET stack.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, influencing best practices and driving excellence in software development.
Explore and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance .NET development process.
Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and meeting project deadlines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Implement advanced quality control measures and lead comprehensive testing of applications.
Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and optimize code for performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior role.
Expertise in C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Extensive experience in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
